Camera
Through the industrial camera photography software, the outline of the cut graphic is intelligently extracted to achieve edge cutting. The most advanced sensor technology, high-quality optical components and adjustable LED lighting can detect the precise position of the printed material in the cutting area, and automatically collect all the registration marks in the working area of the cutting system into one image within a few seconds to achieve perfect registration.
Suitable industries: carpet, advertising, air molds, clothing and other industries.
CCD
By identifying the pattern outline by identifying the MARK point, edge positioning cutting is achieved, and the printed pattern, mark point or outline is automatically identified and positioned, so as to achieve precise alignment cutting. The cutting system will automatically compensate for offset or rotate according to the image position.
Suitable industries: printed clothing, pvc elevator mats, kt boards, craft gifts, etc.
Projection
The projection in the CNC cutting machine is to install an optical projector above the working platform to project the cutting path or graphic outline onto the material surface, assisting manual material placement, positioning, nesting inspection, alignment cutting and other operations. Applicable to industries where materials are frequently placed manually, graphics are varied, and material shapes are irregular, such as printed fabrics, carpets, adhesive paintings, stickers, decorative parts cutting and other industries.
Automatic tool change
This function means that the equipment automatically selects and replaces different types of tools from the tool magazine according to program or operation requirements to meet the cutting needs of different materials or processes.
The equipment has a built-in tool magazine (usually a multi-position structure) to store different types of tools, such as vibrating knives, circular knives, oblique knives, half-cut knives, punchers, etc.; the system can automatically identify the current required tool according to the set process flow.
Applicable to industries that require frequent tool changes to process multiple materials or complex processes, such as leather, carpets, packaging, advertising, composite materials and other industries.
